2026 Spey Tournament

January 23 – 25, 2026

If you would like to participate in tournament casting, even if you are unsure of your casting abilities, come join us for casting games on Tuesdays at 7:00 pm or Sundays at 8:00 am, depending on the season. Be sure to check the club’s calendar then Come On Out!

Tournament Fee $50
  • Email  Tom Olson to set up payment or make payment “in-person” by Jan 23, 2026
 Divisions
  • MENS OPEN
  • WOMENS OPEN
  • SENIORS MEN: 55 and older
  • SUPER SENIOR: 75 and older
  • JUNIOR DIVISION
  • NOVICE CASTERS
    • Those who have not previously competed in a Spey Tournament.
  • SCANDI DIVISION
    • 13′-6″ rod or under, Scandi head no longer than 40′
    • Twelve casts, six off of each shoulder, Cackhand casts are ok
    • Choice of two – Single Spey, Double Spey, Snap Cast, or Snake Roll
 

YOUR ENTRY FEE INCLUDES:

Includes a “continental breakfast”
Various snacks
Medals for the winners.
 

SIGN-UP AND DUE DATE

  • Registration & Payment of $50.00 due no later than Saturday, Jan 23, 2026
  • Cash or check. Please make your check payable to the “LBCC” and note “Spey Tourney” in the memo area of the check and mail to PO Box 90035, Long Beach, CA, 90809.
